We bought this refrigerator a few months ago and have been pretty disappointed. It is poorly constructed and noisy. The shelves and drawers are rather inferior quality and readily broken. There are not sufficient shelves and they are poorly arranged so we in fact have much less storage than we did with our old 25' refrigerator. This obtain was a negative mistake.

This refrigerator Has really serious design flaws in the shelving program. Two of mine have broken in much less than two years and I have in no way place far more than a single gallon of milk and a few other significantly lighter weight items on them at a time. The replacement components for one particular shelf are among $101 and $120 depending on spot of purchase. This does not include the glass. It is just the plastic frame. At the current rate of breakage, I will have amongst $1000.00 and $1500 in shelf replacement if I maintain this refrigerator for 10 years.--Do not obtain it--it is a piece of junk and Whirlpool does not stand behind their item if it is more than a year old.
